Year 1 Pearls went to the Dulwich Picture Gallery this week. The children had the opportunity to take a closer look at paintings through the art of storytelling. They pretended to jump into a particular painting and listen and participate in a story relevant to the painting. Pupils used actions and musical instruments to bring the paintings to life. They thoroughly enjoyed having the time to look closer at a piece of artwork and let their imaginations run wild
